Steel Embryology is a cycle of eight objects made of stainless steel, constituting an evolution of earlier works from the Embriology series. The works feature a variety of forms ranging from organic and soft to raw and rounded shapes, taking the form of closed cocoons, symbolizing the arrest of the element of life. The work contains existential reflections on human fate and the universal condition of man, as well as an expression of anxiety and fear. The form and material emphasize durability and immobility, contrasting with the original forms made of fabric. The Embriology series was presented, among others, at the Venice Biennale and is part of the Tate Museum collection.
